Introduction to Meditation
Perfect introduction to meditation. This class serves as a foundational class for everything you wanted to know about meditation. The how, why and what to do of basic meditation. Learn the biggest misconceptions about Meditation, its benefits and how easy it is to do and incorporate into your day. Meditation is the ultimate antidote to stress. This class is done in a presentational style and is suitable for one-on-one instruction or for group settings. This class includes a 30min meditation, with a Q&A session after the class and email support if you have questions.
