My goal is to help you unlock your potential and make transformational changes at a soul level to design your best life, filled with lasting calm and joy. Life makes you juggle multiple roles, and wear several masks, all to please others. It’s easy to suffer burnout from trying to do it all, and to lose your sense of self in the process.
Most people go through life missing their body’s subtle clues telling them that something is off, until the body is screaming in pain. This can manifest as diseases, stress, burnout, insomnia, and anxiousness, symptoms can show up physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Stories and memories built around food begin in childhood, flavoured with emotions, associations, and experiences. Our lens is coloured by strongly entrenched social culture, customs and traditions.
