Find out what forms of exercise during different seasons suit your body type. Invigorate all 5 senses, to maximise your health and wellbeing. What you get

5 sessions- covering your Doshas, Introduction to Ayurveda, Nutrition, Mindful Eating, mindful movement, Pranayama, Emotional Freedom, Sleep, Inner Pharmacy, Healing through your senses and Daily Routines.
